Balance Solutions offers personal training to those who are looking for guidance with a physical fitness program and proper exercise performance. Personal training provides motivation and continuous education regarding the body and proper mechanics.
Through personal training, an individual can improve strength, endurance, weight loss and overall physical fitness. Multiple exercise techniques are incorporated such as; TRX, Pilates, balance and circuit training. Most exercises taught in the clinic can be performed in the comfort of your own home.
Our therapists will work with you to set personal goals, provide feedback regarding progress and technique, and provide accountability towards progression.

Our therapists are trained in-house and participate in regularly scheduled in-services training as well as hands-on continuing educational courses to advance their knowledge and skills. Our staff trains as a team, all therapists can perform similar techniques with slightly different styles to accommodate the many types of patients seen at Balance Solutions. We practice what we teach, several of our therapists travel the country teaching these methods to other therapists and facilities.
